Returns policy
 
A demonstration version of the Image Analysis System may be downloaded and used for a trial period for the purpose of evaluating its suitability.
 
Copies of the Image Analysis System may be returned (complete, and at the client's expense) within 30 days of purchase for a refund of 75% of the applicable license fee (excluding carriage charges and any applicable currency surcharge), payable in Pounds Sterling.
 

 
U.K. Distance Selling Regulations
 
Please note that the U.K. Distance Selling Regulations only apply to purchases made by private individuals, and only in respect of software which is returned without having been opened. Orders for delivery to a business address and orders for more than one copy of the Image Analysis System will be classed as business purchases.
 
Private individuals should note that once the E.T.S. service has been used the E.T.S. contract can no longer be refunded.
 
Private individuals must make payment in Pounds Sterling.
