General SupportAt WindSword we alway want to know about defects or inconsistencies in our products—whether you are a registered user or are simply looking at a demonstration version. If you have experienced a reproducible problem, please take a moment to fill in the technical assistance form. This will enable us to identify and rectify problems in our software. Please also take a moment to read about what technical support can do for you. Product SupportShould an updated version of any WindSword software be issued within 60 days of you purchasing the original, you will be supplied with the update free of charge. If the software you have purchased fails to perform according to its specifications within the warranty period, WindSword will endeavour to identify the problem and provide a fix. Even beyond the end of the warranty period, WindSword still wants to know if you experience problems. The first thing you need to do is take a moment to fill in the technical assistance form to let us know what’s wrong. Extended SupportYou need WindSword’s Extended Technical Support service if you want all the latest updates and newest features. The ETS provides ongoing support for your software; if you would like to find out more about ETS, click here.
